Cannot get a hold of customer service at all

Cannot get a hold of customer service at all. I emailed a few times to customer service and got no response. Plus I tried calling the phone number on the website and nobody picks up. It took them over one week to ship out this item. Plus come to find out, that they shipped an entirely different item altogether. It was supposed to be a gift. Now I’m going to be consulting with my credit card company
